Best street pad for a DC5 that sees the odd track day?

Running my DC5 Type R as a daily, with three or four track days a year. Stock calipers, braided lines and fresh fluid. The factory pads start fading by the third session, but most proper track pads squeal and dust like crazy around town.

What's everyone running that handles both? Bonus points if it doesn't chew through rotors. Happy to hear about caliper upgrades too if that's the real answer.
