The Kap Industries Honda Civic EP3 fire extinguisher bracket is the easiest way to add proper fire safety to your EP3 Type R. It bolts into the factory seat mounting points to hold a 1 kg extinguisher securely and within reach, with no drilling and no permanent modification, so it's perfect for track days and fast road use.
Why fit one to your EP3?
- EP3-specific design: CAD-designed for the EP3's cabin and seat rails
- No-drill, 5-minute install: uses the existing seat hardware
- Durable build: laser-cut 3 mm Australian steel with a tough powder coat
- Unobtrusive: no seat adjustment needed and nothing in the way of driver or passenger
- Accepts any 1 kg metal-caged extinguisher
Fitment and install notes
- Vehicle: Honda Civic Type R EP3 (2001–2005)
- May restrict full seat travel, so adjust the seat carefully after installation
Extinguisher options
Buy the bracket on its own or bundle it with a 1 kg AS/NZS 1841.5-certified dry powder extinguisher: hose, single latch or twin latch. Extinguishers ship separately from the bracket.
Kap Industries brackets are supplied in Australia by RE:AUTO GARAGE.
